To ensure that we can deliver a safe and relaxing experience for our guests, we would like to advise that access to our spa pool will only be available to guests choosing to book a spa treatment with us during their stay. We had a few nights with our little pug, Max in this lovely waterpark hotel. We had a corner De Luxe room with lake view with sliding doors opening onto the boardwalk. A great size, good bathroom with Penhaligon’s toiletries, fab. We had dinner in the Old Boathouse a New England style restaurant overlooking the lake. The food was excellent and the service was very efficient and friendly. The breakfast was also excellent with a great choice to cover all tastes. The hotel has an amazing selection of activities, great spa. All in all a great relaxing break.
This hotel is amazing. The customer service was very good. Breakfast staff were also great. Our room was spacious, had a kitchen and dining area and balcony looking out over the lake. We really enjoyed staying here. Lovely grounds, and surrounding area. The local town, Cirencester is lovely too with a big park in town.
Amazing Weekend, I booked a dinner bed and breakfast package with the hotel, registration was easy even though the hotel was very busy with a large wedding party. The service at the bar was efficient and the staff friendly. Our room was amazing the view over the lake and the feeling of tranquility perfect.. we later went for dinner. The young man serving us was a delight and the food very tasty. We retired to the bar for a nightcap (cocktail) and then bed in a very comfortable double.
Breakfast was efficient and surprisingly for a buffet really well cooked, soft eggs, crispy bacon and lots of tea.
All in all a great stay.
My wife and I have had a lovely stay at De Vere! We had a beautiful room/bathroom, love the Penhaligon’s toiletries! Bed was super comfy and breakfast was great. Staff have been friendly and accommodating. Had a great massage in the spa. Shout out to Samuel (bartender) for making our amazing mojitos! We will definitely be back.
Yet another fabulous stay at Cotswolds Water Park thanks to the welcoming, friendly & professional staff, the facilities , food and overall guest experience. We stayed in one of the apartments with our daughter and 2 dogs. Both daughter and dogs were well looked after by such friendly staff and lots to do for all of us. Extremely pet friendly hotel . Dogs were made to feel most welcome and could sit with us comfortably in the bar area.
Food in the restaurant was of superb quality. Plenty of choice for kids and adults. Beautiful setting and again staff were really friendly and offered a high level of service.
Special mentions to Maria, Georges , Anita , Louise & Kirsty. All the staff were amazing and a real credit to De Vere but wanted to give special mention to them. Thank you everyone for another amazing stay. We will be back!
